Account Suspension Policy

1. Purpose and Scope:

The purpose of this policy is to establish consistent and fair criteria for the suspension of web hosting services provided by AZ Web Design Studios, henceforth referred to as "the Hosting Company". This policy applies to all clients of the Hosting Company, ensuring that each client understands the conditions under which their services might be suspended, allowing for a safe, reliable, and respectful online environment for all.


2. Reasons for Suspension:

Suspension of services can be initiated for the following reasons:

a) Non-payment: Failure to settle due payments within 10 days after due date.

b) Violation of Terms of Service: Engaging in activities that contravene our Terms of Service.

c) Malware or Phishing: Hosting content that contains malicious software or engages in phishing attempts.

d) Illegal Activities: Hosting or promoting content that is illegal or promotes illegal activities under local, state, national, or international law.

e) Excessive Resource Usage: Utilizing resources in a manner that affects the performance or reliability of our servers or other customers.

f) Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails or messages which contravene the CAN-SPAM Act or similar legislation.

g) Suspicious Activity: Engaging in activities that raise security concerns or potential threats to our network or other clients.


3. Notification and Grace Period:

a) Clients will receive a written notification at their registered email address informing them of the potential suspension and the reasons.

b) A grace period of 30 days from the date of the notice will be provided to the client to address and rectify the issue.


4. Suspension Period and Re-activation:

a) If the issue is not resolved within the grace period, the client's services will be suspended and a $150 reactivate fee will be instated to reactivate web hosting accounts.

b) During the suspension period, clients may contact our support team to discuss the suspension and potential corrective actions.

c) Services will be re-activated upon successful resolution of the issue. If the issue remains unresolved after 30 days, the Hosting Company reserves the right to terminate the client's account and services permanently.


5. Appeals Process:

a) Clients have the right to appeal a suspension. Appeals must be lodged in writing to hello@azwebdesignstudios.com within 14 days of the suspension notice.

b) The Hosting Company will review the appeal, taking into consideration any evidence or clarification provided by the client.

c) A final decision on the appeal will be communicated to the client within 7 business days of receipt.


6. Data Integrity during Suspension:

During the suspension period, the Company ensures the security and integrity of the client's data. However, it is always advisable for clients to maintain regular backups of their data.


7. Amendments:

The Company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes or amendments.
