Please follow the steps below to remove a credit card from your account.
Important Note: Removing your credit card will turn-off auto-billing and auto-renewal. This won't cancel or delete the product from your account, but you will have to manually login to pay your service invoices.
- While logged-in to your Client Portal, click the "Billing" dropdown menu and select Edit Payment Method.
- On the Edit Payment Method page, click the "Delete Credit Card" button once to immediately remove the card number saved to your account.
- If you'd like to keep auto-renewal billing enabled, you may enter a different credit card number and click the "Update Payment Method" button.
Warning: If you don't manually renew the product before the end of your subscription, we'll delete the product and all its files after the end date.
