How do I remove my credit card?

Please follow the steps below to remove a credit card from your account.

Important Note: Removing your credit card will turn-off auto-billing and auto-renewal. This won't cancel or delete the product from your account, but you will have to manually login to pay your service invoices.

  1. While logged-in to your Client Portal, click the "Billing" dropdown menu and select Edit Payment Method.

  2. On the Edit Payment Method page, click the "Delete Credit Card" button once to immediately remove the card number saved to your account.

  3. If you'd like to keep auto-renewal billing enabled, you may enter a different credit card number and click the "Update Payment Method" button.

Warning: If you don't manually renew the product before the end of your subscription, we'll delete the product and all its files after the end date.
